2. Google Fonts

This site loads fonts ("Rajdhani", "Inter") directly from Google's servers. When you visit this site, your browser establishes a connection to Google and transmits your IP address to enable the fonts to load. This is done in our legitimate interest in a consistent, fast-loading visual presentation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Google may process this data according to its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Booking Calendar (Cal.com / cal.eu)

The "Book a Session" area on this site embeds a booking calendar provided by Cal.com (hosted on the EU domain cal.eu). When you use it to book a coaching session, the information you enter – your name, email address, Discord username, and any notes – is submitted directly to Cal.com's servers and to us, so we can schedule and conduct the session (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract). Interacting with the embedded calendar may also set cookies from the cal.eu domain. For details on how Cal.com processes data, see their privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.

4. External Links

This site links to external platforms (Twitch, Discord, YouTube, X/Twitter). We don't collect or process any data through these links ourselves – once you click through, your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

This site doesn't use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.

6. Data Retention

Booking information is kept only as long as necessary to schedule, conduct, and follow up on your coaching session, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability.
